As a strategic leader, what actions could you take to establish and emphasize ethical practices in your firm? Being a strategic leader, we should take various measure and actions for establishing and emphasizing various ethical practices within the organization, again, implementing such ethical practices become strong cultural part for any organization, we need to sustain with such ethical practices or uphold better organizational culture, thus, it is necessary to take various key strategic actions and leadership role and promote all such practices and culture within the organizational context, being a strategic leader, we must focus on defining training requirement of each employee and deliver training, coaching and mentoring services, for nurturing ethical practices within the organization, further they should focus on developing key steps, procedures and codes of conduct for implementing such ethical practices, now let me state key important actions, all those to be taken up by strategic leaders for developing ethical practices within the organization, those are stated below: We should establish Organizational mission, vision, key objectives and specific goals, then communicate all such as stated, for preparing various ethical code of conduct and upholding ethical standards within the organization, We must review entire code of conduct and update the same accordingly, in line with such activities, we must take ideas from various stakeholders within the organization or outside the organization like suppliers, customers, Next, we must spread all the established or defined Code of conduct related to ethics to all stakeholders and such practice will keep them to stay on the same page and become fully aware of key ethical practices within the organization Next step is to develop procedure, policies, and methods for achieving ethical standards within the organization, for example, we can bring use of various auditing practices and use checklist for aligning such ethical standard within the organization, We should focus on creative exclusive reward system which can recognize employee and employee can be empowered, this any unethical practices, or wrong happening can be observed easily, Next objective or actions, that we will focus on creating such work environment, where people should respect each other and they must be treated well, thus, with this action, we can establish and emphasize ethical practices positively,
