The company can deal with unfavorable public relations by using these ways.
1. The company needs to find the source of the problem that creates disturbances in public relations. For example, if the company found that there was some video out that spreading fake news about the company's function. Then, the company needs to take some steps and tell the people that what is spreading out there is not true.
2. When a company realizes the mistakes then a company needs to work on it and make people feel like "it is your company and we care about you". For example, if a food restaurant getting a negative review then the owner must apologize for the inconvenience caused to the public and appreciate them for the honest review.
3. A company needs to acknowledge its mistakes. For example, your company made a mistake and public tweets on twitter for what your company caused to them, then you must need to acknowledge a mistake rather than a cover-up. This way people will trust you more.
4. A company needs to enlist the supporters who will speak on its behalf. For example, every company has its loyal consumers and they are often their best advocates who can save a company's life.
