Takira’s performance review included 360 degree feedback. It is a system or process in which the employees evaluates their own performance by receiving anonymous and confedential information and feedback from all the people present around them that could be managers, peers, employees etc.
Training Activity step by step process:
1. Identify what skills the workforce needs to achieve company goals: The first step of the training process is to identify the skills the workforce of our organisation requires to achieve the stated goals and objectives of the company.
2. Determine who needs to be trained and the kind of training they need: Second step includes the determination and organisation of what kind of training is to be required and to whom. If it should be on the job training or off the the job training etc, the type and the employees are selected under this.
3. Create new training courses and materials: Third step includes the process of creating the materials and the training courses which would be provided to the employees. All the study materials, the equipments used and other resources are created here.
4. Provide training to employees: Fourth step is your action oriented step. It includes the training and the development programs which are being provided to the employees to gain the practical skills and competant knowledge.
5. Evaluate the success of the training programs: At last, the fifth step includes the controlling and evaluating of the training process. It will evalute the training provided, compare it with the company's objective and take corrective actions for all the deviations which are coming across.
