Public policy refers to basing of social laws on various principles that are often considered to be unwritten. It emphases on maximizing the public good. This can be applied to the government in the local, state qnd federal level. This is because of the fact that it implies the importance of maintaining the contract of punlic good based upon the attitudes and values that the population abides by. This can also have the potential to be diverse in these three levels although the motive is common.
