For a business model to be effective, it is essential that the goals and business strategy must be in alignment with the vision and mission as well as the culture of the company. Culture is nothing but the norms, beliefs and thought process which govern business in any organization. Vision and mission define the aspiration of organization and the long and short term objectives using which the organization poaches association of shareholders and stakeholders in business. An alignment between these entities helps in maintaining clarity and strategic orientation in organization. The business strategy as well as decisions must have a proper alignment with the culture and value system. This alignment ensures that the business strategy and decision will have effective implementation in the organization and will be fruitful for the strategic objectives as well as the vision and mission of the organization. This orientation or similarity also helps in maintaining interest of the stakeholders and shareholders with the company. The stakeholders and shareholders will then pour capital as well as efforts in the organization and hence the business of overall organization will propagate smoothly.
