Many of you have likely taken the more extensive version of the MBTI® in the past, so you may be familiar with it. We present it here simply as added information for you to consider as you think about how you function on teams and in environments that are involved in change. As you consider the survey information about yourself,(ISTJ)what has it added to your understanding of how you function on teams or in changing environments?
The information has helped me in getting great insights into what kind of work I would be most suitable for. Although ISTJ personalities are very task-oriented and can be a great asset to any team due to their logical and practical mindset. They are also more comfortable working under set procedures and rules. This would make working under changing environments a bt difficult for them as they would need to adapt themselves to the new rules and procedures.
However, they are also meticulous and pay great attention to each detail which would mean, that once they understand the new procedures and the environment, their work will be of top-notch quality and they will give absolute efficiency to the organization.
