You have two batteries, some wire and two light bulbs. If you must use both batteries and both bulbs how would you hook them up so as to get a) maximum brightness b) minimum (not zero) brightness? c) If the circuit does not work how would you determine if the problem is a short or an open? Please explain answers thoroughly
