Age-wise responses/behavior of the child in the given three situations are discussed below :-

2 years old -

• #1) According to Freud's Psychosexual Development theory, there are five stages to the development of a child namely - oral, anal, phallic, latency and genital. At the age of 2, when the child doesn't gets what he wants and is denied of his demands, it is possible that he gets fixated at the anal stage which may have its effects in his later life. But presently, not fulfilling his demands will result in frustration(in his behavior).
• #2) An ideal child of 2 years age would have just entered the 'preoperational stage'( according to Piaget's Theory of Cognitive Development). At this stage, the child is not capable of manipulating information or to see things from other people's perspective(egocentric behavior). Therefore, the child's behavior should not be expected to be empathetic towards his friends or to solve problems involving logic and reasoning. However, the child will be pretty much capable of thinking about things symbolically.
• #3) According to Bandura's Social learning theory of Development, children imitate the behaviors of people they consider as their models. Therefore, there are chances that the child repeat the action of the person calling him out of his name.
