Answer- Having kids or not having kids is completely a couple's personal choice and nobody should interfere in this. We can describe the pros and cons of both decisions with the help of the following points-

Pros and cons of having a kid

• Pros

1. A child makes parents more responsible and focused. Kids are totally dependent on parents and require their concern and time. A kid completely changes the life of parents in a positive way.
2. A child always strengthens the bond of the parents and gives a new meaning to their life.

• Cons

1. ​​​​​​​All parent wants to provide best things to their babies. They need more money and efforts for making their kids' life more comfortable. They need to work harder and put their heart and soul in the upbringing of their kids.
2. A child requires attention and focus all the time. Parents can not ignore the kid even for a minute. All these things can make them tired and frustrated.

Pros and cons of not having a kid

• Pros

1. ​​​​​​​A person always have time for others. Both husband and wife are able to spend more quality time with each other.
2. A person without kid may always focus on his/her career or education. Child care needs a lot of time and mostly parents are not able to focus on their career because they have to focus on their kid.

• Cons

1. ​​​​​​​Decision of not having a child can sometimes make people disappointed. When people see kids of their friends and cousins, they feel that they have missed an important part of their life.
2. It is not always true but we don't have anyone to look after us in old age.
