A person who fails to come to the aid of a stranger in danger is not considered negligent. If a person commits an act that endangers another, however, the person committing the act will beliable for any injuries the other party suffers, as well as any injuries suffered by any third person attempting to rescue the endangered party. Thus, under these principles, Gert is not liable for only watching and dong nothing. Dani may be held liable for both Efron’s and Fab’s injuries, however.
