Ans- After receiving an MBA, one should go for job. As, job helps in attaining new skill, provides a platform for applying learned skills and knowledge. In MBA program students are taught about economics, production and operations management, marketing management, human resource management and many more. So, in the job knowledge of these management will help him to work across different departments. This eventually will be helpful in overall development of person.

One can capitalize it on their strength and opportunity in following manner:

• With job one will gain experience after receiving an MBA. This experience helps in better payout, better opportunity in other companies etc.

• This will help in increasing new skills, like leadership skill, managerial skill etc.

• Development in personality attributes, professional development. As in the job one interact with several types of people and deal with them, this helps one's personality development. In the firm one acquire something daily, and some companies send it's employees for development sessions this also helps one's in professional development.
