When an organization has thoughts that are innovative and which can help in bringing a new system to the organization, it need to act on those thoughts with proper planning. It is when strategies are required to bring those innovative thoughts and actions to proper systems. For example an organization thought of introducing robots as a part of staff so that some functions can be completed faster. For this they need to identify what areas can be allotted to the robots and what are the impacts that might have on the organization. When we choose the correct option and take the right decision it ensures the development of the organization and move towards it's vision of the future.
