Heart failure : it's a condition where heart muscles can't pump enough blood to meet the body's need.

Causes of heart failure: coronary artery disease, hypertension , diabetes and obesity.

Frank starling curve: this curve is changed ,curve is moved down and flattened due to reduced inotropy and fall in the stroke volume and increased preload.

Cardiac output is reduced because of reduced stroke volume as the heart is not able to pump as much as blood to the body .
