What are the strategic and financial objectives of being ideal professor in leadership in the university?

According to me,the strategic objectives should be the following:

1.A professor wants that he should be able to deliver his knowledge to the students in an efficient manner.

2.A professor wants that he should be able to deliver knowledge to students in such a way that helps students learn things in a creative manner.They should not feel it boring.

3.A professor wants that the students should become great in their lives which would be a good return of the efforts done by the professor.

4. A professor wants that he should learn more and more things and should help his students also to know about those things as well.

Financial objectives of a professor:

1. A professor wants that he should have a fair salary according to his knowledge and qualification.

2.A professor wants that he should be given incentive for his performance from time to time because it helps in increasing motivational level of a person.

3.A professor wants that he should be having enough wealth so that he can do something for the society as well.
