Now, it is time to reflect on what went well and what didn’t go so well. Based on feedback throughout the course, what would you have done differently in terms of scope, resources, and/or schedule, and why?

As a matter of fact, significant elements occur when the project is presented to the customer, that indicate that certain aspects of the project would have been carried out differently. On the project scale, it was important to clearly outline the objectives that needed to be met in order to achieve satisfactory results. Therefore, it was essential to ensure that this was accomplished after a predetermined phase. Based on the resources, it was necessary to distribute the resources and tasks of the project in the most efficient way in order to deliver the project on schedule and within the defined budget. It is also in this context that the planning was meant to reflect all the work needed to achieve the goal of the project.

It is quite obvious that when the work is shipped or turned over to the client, there are some important elements which suggest that some design measurements have been carried out differently. In the case of the scope of the project, it is very important to define very thoroughly the different types of project objectives that need to be met throughout order to achieve the project outcomes. In fact, commitment to the well-established process was very important in order to achieve the required production from the works. Based on the available assets, the distribution of work resources must be carried out in accordance with the different project activities in order to achieve maximum efficiency and order to ensure project completion within the timeline or timetable and budget. Project scheduling can be quite handy to ensure this.
