Is it ethical for a fraud investigator not to include something in a report that she believes to be true and that would help her client but would increase the chances of the perpetrator filing a lawsuit against her? Why or why not?

Answer: The fraud reports should stick To stating facts in area that might point to guilty. Client might want the report to express opinion that suggest guilty. It is not unethical to avoid opinion regarding possible guilty of a suspect. To the contrary, its unethical for certified fraud examiners To express opinions about guilty.
