Unions must definitely also represent non members as fair representation and ethical implications suggests to do so. The grievance must be redressed for all employees and unions must kegally act in concordance to ensure level playing field and promote anti discrimination.

For an organisationone must adopt grievance processes where employees concerns are heard and solved immediately on high priority using employees grievance redressal committee and subsequently they would be evaluated on this. The performance of such committee individual must be linked to compensation so maximum performance with optimization is achieved and employee can get their grievance addressed fastest and easier manner.
