These two are the weak areas where Samsung lacks as compared to its competitors, thus despite having good products Samsung sometimes fails to delight the customer. Hence, Samsung has definitely some room to improve on these aspects to become competitive in the market and lead the market.
To achieve a degree of quality of products and service Samsung must have an action plan ready that is developed to asses the quality of various aspects and then make necessary plans to improve the areas that are weakening their quality. The specialized quality department that is designed to ensure quality planning and researching various ways in which one can improve the quality of the products.
