• Limited programs were considered, hence every program can be effectively managed.

Weakness

• Limited Employees to access many countries.
• Operates only in 30 countries despite considerable funds available.
• The centralized organizational structure makes it difficult to take immediate response to the situation.

Opportunities

• With the considerable amount of fund, they can add new programs and better serve the needy society.
• They can expand their operations to many countries instead of limiting to 30 countries.
• They can engage themselves with local government to better serve society.

Threats

• The voice from Private pharmaceutical companies and nursery homes which runs for-profit domestically.
• Government internal politics and conflicts among the leaders.
• Reputation loss of local government.
