What are your thoughts about allowing a seat to sit vacated because of political positioning? Should there be guidelines to modify the process during times of a divided government? Or should things be allowed to play out as they do? Also, how important is diversity on the court? Should efforts be made to establish a more diverse court? Should the size be increased to allow for more justices?

Seats should notbe allowed to vacate for political positioning as this violates Constitutional rights kf opposition and hence am equal and unanimous view is taken to allow all parties.

Stricter guidelines laid out by Apex courts and amendments to Constitution can guarantee equal rights even in a divided Government and ensure higher compliance and regulatory framework.

Diversity on court is very important such that bench of judges comprises mix of experience from different geographical locations and cases solved and expertise and at same time have different ages and sexual orientation to take unambiguous view over resolution of cases and promote integrity and jnbiasedness.

Efforts be made to promote diversity through public consultation and government review and aloow additional judges to get comprehensive and holistic view ajd fast track cases and minimise delays.
