Attitude objectives of the learning program would include
behavioral understanding, verbal and nonverbal communication,
willingness to work with others, and being responsible for one’s

I believe that these two objectives would be necessary for
training an individual for the receptionist position and the
training plan that would be developed should include appropriate
processes to cover these grounds to provide excellent transfer of
