Two learning objectives for training an individual for a receptionist position in an advertising firm can include:

SKILL OBJECTIVE
Skills such as using the computer, using essential software such as a spreadsheet and document editor. Having the necessary knowledge of any proprietary software used by the company. The primary use of cloud architecture and being able to access the company’s general database.

ATTITUDE OBJECTIVES
Attitude objectives of the learning program would include behavioral understanding, verbal and nonverbal communication, willingness to work with others, and being responsible for one’s mistake.

I believe that these two objectives would be necessary for training an individual for the receptionist position and the training plan that would be developed should include appropriate processes to cover these grounds to provide excellent transfer of knowledge.
