Employees resist change because:
1. They think they will not be able to be familiar with the changes done.
2. They think they will not be able to work smoothly with the changes.
3. They think they might not be able to work for long time in such a company where changes are done every now and then.
4. Sometimes, employees are not in a mood to accept changes.They just simply want to work as they are working.
Company addresses these reasons by motivating their employees to accept the changes. Various meetings are being held in which the company's management tries to tell the benefits of changes to the employees.All the positive points are being described to the employees.Then,the employees make up their mind to accept the changes.
Internal change includes the change in the working method of company which might be the use of new machinery,the use of new way of doing things which can help in saving time and energy.The other changes might include the change in the job positions of employees.
External changes include the changes done by govenment in their policies which have a direct impact on the company's workings.Also,the change in the market trend also effect the companies.
