Answer #1
  1. Commercial impracticability states that performance is under a certain contract bu appears impracticable, and cannot be accomplished. It could either be difficult or impossible to perform under the contract. eg the client had contracted with the vendor to produce 4000 bottles of wine every month. But since the production house was on fire, no work was done for 20 days. The team had to make 4000 bottles in 7 days which was impossible.
  2. Invading in to someone's privacy means to intrude into someone's personal agenda without their consent or permission. This is a crime and severe action is taken for many people hoe do these things for personal motive or love. For instance, my friend is always invading in my personal chats and wants to know them even when i do not allow it to be done.
