Mission statement is a statement which states the overall objective of an organization. As to what an organization wants to do pertaining -
* what kind of product or service will it provide to it's customer
* what class of customer it wants to cater to.
* In what kind of geographical area will it operate.
Statement containing such objectives are known as mission statements.
These statements play an effectiv role in communicating the main objectives of the organization to all the staff members and customers.

To aid the patients suffering from diseases.
Our mission statement will include the PURPOSE as to why our organization exists.
VISION STATEMENT is a statements which provide future goals of organization. It provides a plan to the organization as to how an organization has to work towards the achievement of such objectives. This statement shows as to what the organization has intended to do in LONG RUN. These statements are also effective in communicating the long term goals or as to where the organization wants yo see itself in future.

VALUE STATEMENT is a statement that communicates to the STAFF and CUSTOMER as to what are the CORE BELEIFS of an organization. It help them to inculcate the intended values in the staff and to trace the customers (targeted) which get connected to organization due to such BELEIFS of organization.These statements play an EFFECTIVE role in commicating the core BELEIFS of organization and it's top management.
