Job Duties and Responsibilities -

In Bilal Transport Company, i was on the position of Assistant of HR manager and Operation Manager. at this position, i was required to have job duties and responsibilities and discharge them with best of my abilities and skills for that position. I had duties like Assist HR manager. for this i have to collect employees data and make reports on them which i would send to HR manager. i also had duty to performance of employees and review them. i had responsibilities to maintain Compensation related task.I also assist in operations training of employees and oversee HR trends and update to Manager.

Challenges in internship -

In my internship, i have face some challenges at start of my internship. as i was new as intern so senior person gave me out of job related work to me which was not part of my internship like ordering some food, taking photocopy etc which was frustrating for me at that time. As new internt, if i want to give any suggestion then my opinions were not given proper feedback because they think i am new and not have experience.

I also face challenge from my co-workers at the same level as they were working for some period of time so i need to make adjustment in company's culture and making good business relation with others was not easy at all as many people were involved in their job and they do not want others to come in between.

I also face challenge in understanding the system and work at the company because i was intern and i have not given proper training or orientation like permanent employees are given so i have to observe and understand all the things and ask for manager to how the work should be done.i think these are some challenges which i faced in my internship.

Lesson I learn from internship

The internship was great and very productive experience for me. from this i have experienced a good deal of learning which would be great for me in future. in my internship i was able to learn how to interact with other people in professional setting. i was able to make professional reports and use of softwares to manage data and records. I also able to improve my communication skills by helping in recruiting and selection of candidates.

I learned that real working in a company is not easy job. you have to give your best everytime you come at job.i was able to see how communication process occurs in a company and what things are used in such settings. i also see that how organization culture and its people can make or break the organizational performance. I learned how to plan, how to make decisions if HR manager is not present in company. i learn how to deal with problametic situations like employee opposing anything new changes etc.
