Challenges faced by millennials while managing older workers are :

a. Using the technological advancements such as instant messages, emails, tweets etc are not frequently used by the older workers especially by the baby boomers while millennials prefer using technology at work which can be a communication barrier.

b. Older workers resist change due to their stereotype thinking which is difficult to overcome, hence millennials face challenges to train the skills to them due to which work can impact.

c. These workers do not follow or listen to the younger bosses as they feel millennials have less experience and are not worthy of being their leader.

d. As older workers try to work extra hours where millennials like to have flexible work schedules due to which older worker may think their leader is less professional and not productive at work.
