Answer #1

Score code is a type of value assessment on the basis of professionalism and ethics of an organisation. Its primary focus includes the values and ethics of the profession and leads to its application. It is a kind of grading system and the reputation of an organisation depends largely on this score.

On the other hand comprehensive score includes individual's ability, skill, education, background, experience etc. Selection through comprehensive score systems bears point of each criteria and it is easy to point out the desired criteria.

Both score code and comprehensive code are dependent on each other. An organization should appoint skilled workers and the process of appointment should be strictly on the guidelines of comprehensive score. If comprehensive score is followed properly, then score code automatically increases. Standard of professionalism is related to skill, education, experience and background. As it is available in comprehensive score, naturally both are interrelated.
