A store run under my leadership may be translate to factors like cost , customer , convenience and communication strategies. Store can reduce cost of its business operations then customers can also be retained with heavy discounts . Even, employees can be offered better perks and incentives.
Customer satisfaction will be achieved through customized offers and best services packages. A regular feedback with healthy communication skills of sales and services representatives may be achieved . We can learn customer engagement strategies through immediate competitors in our area or locations of operations. Convenience stores are also one of the concept in retail sector. Hence, i will implement such features with our products and services selection by the customers. Customers can walk in store and choose items at a finger trip. Ease of payment and transparent policy will help us to transform into 4Cs of marketing management.
