The metabolic stress substances like phosphate, hydrogen ions and lactate inhibit the growth of muscles and limit the power to develop muscles is due to accumulation of metabolites

The metabolic enzymes such as proteolytic enzyme or protease (protease is secreted by pancreas in the small intestine which breakdown the protein into smaller polypeptide and amino acid ) which reduces the process of intercellular protein degradation, thus when the metabolic enzyme doesn't increase ,the muscle growth on power will be limited.
