B). Appropriate Value of the t-statistic value is 2.23:

The average time of every player playing golf is 12 hours per week. If we use the t-statistic value of 2.23 then we can determine the theory of taking a random 16 golfers and determine how many hours they can play the golf and with the help of the t-static value which is 2.23 in this case we can easily test the hypothesis of the membership controller when significance level is 0.05
