Healthcare is one of the most important industry where every patient enters with trust and quality of service and care. The healthcare outcomes should always be good measure in order to bring patients to their healthcare centres with trust and belief that their issues and disease treated in the best way. The instances should bring always positive, there are certain cases that are registered both in community and general hospitals because of few instances. Let’s discuss the instances in which outcomes would not be a good measure of healthcare quality:
s per the above conversation, in recent healthcare complications most of them prefer community hospitals because these will have a dedicated nurses and complete attention will be paid on them and the complications that develops during delivery need complete care. Most of the women feel insecure in crowd and general wards because of different patients and noisy atmosphere. Especially during deliveries women need special care and privacy for the child and the mother and a special care and treatment is required after labour room. If she prefers general hospital than the availability of physicians and nurses will be limited and most of them are engaged with other patients. If there are any lack of services, equipment and physicians the resulted outcomes are not good measure to the healthcare.
I agree that care can be high quality and it cannot be inefficient because, may be in another sector it can be quality and inefficient. Simple example if there is a quality of services in terms of healthcare atmosphere and equipment and interior of the healthcare but if there are inefficient healthcare physicians all these will go in vain. Always need a high quality and efficient physician for a quality based treatment and service to any patient. Care should be quality and at the same time efficient staff is required to provide a better service. If high quality care is provided under inefficient way that will bring bad result is obvious.
If everything is maintained in a corporate level and their treatment is provided under the supervision of a nurse or uncertified physician than that leads to a different consequence. The result would be something like “operation success but patient dead”. It’s should be both high quality and efficient.
