The probability of two children of alcoholic parents will both be alcoholic is 1/4.Because independent outcomes means that the probability of the first outcome won't affect the probability of the second outcome because they aren't related to each other.So these outcomes are very much dependent on their own probability like here there is a probability that no children will be alcoholic another is only one is alcoholic and a probability is both are alcoholic.
