As the professional Gambler when he was in his home state then it was legal and counted in the GDP because legal gambling is included in the GDP but now he moved to another country where gambling is totally illegal which means it is also not counted in GDP .

if we go to basic definition of GDP it is your final production of goods and services within the boundary of a country in a financial year so all the work that is done within the boundary of a country .

so when he do work in other country where gambling is illegal then it will decrease the GDP in the new state .
