1.SITE : For opening a restaurant place selection is very important if it is near college and school ,student gentry is greater in morning and afternoon hours so fast food and snacks item will work till afternoon.During this time Food is being served but in lesser quantity as compared with the evening hours.
2.INFRASTRUCTURE : Infra is the thing which create mark in the mind of a person about the ambiance and appeal about the work and quality, so in my view infrastructure should be nice enough to create a presence in visitors mind.
3.PRISING : As this restaurant is in the vicinity of college pricing is also not on higher side because of competition and mob attraction you should do vast survey in the vicinity nearby for pricing then quote your rate as per competition.This is major part in any business which in turn show profit and loss.
