We know Density = mass / volume

Given, Density of sucrose solution = 25 mg/ml

Volume of container = 100 ml

Mass of sucrose = 25 mg/ml * 100 ml = 25 mg

Procedure to make a solution :-

Weigh 25 mg of solid sucrose and pour into 100 ml volumetric flask. Add DI water and dissolve. Add water till flask mark.

After adding water upto the mark, then solution will be 25 mg/ml.
