Answer #1

Questionnaire is a set of questions which is framed in order to gather first hand information from the respondents in order to know their perception levels on the study being conducted.

The term transfer of training refers to the ability or capability of the trainee to apply the learned behavior and skills (during his training period) to the place where the problem persists (his workplace).

Rating Scale Used:

The rating scale to be used for the questionnaire would be a five point likert scale, ranging from (5) being strongly agree, to (1) being strongly disagree. The likert scale will help in measuring the opinions and agreement of the employees on the statements being asked. This scale is helpful as this will help the employees in expressing their opinion on how much they agree or disagree on any particular given statement.

The respondents will be asked to rate each question from (5) to (1). This scale is written horizontally in front of every statement so that marking becomes easy for the respondents.

  • (5) Strongly Agree
  • (4) Agree
  • (3) Neutral
  • (2) Disagree
  • (1) Strongly Disagree
