The ideal air has constant pressure on the lungs. Therefore, partial pressures of gases have to maintain in such a manner that it maintains an equatorial pressure of an ideal air. If we increase the CO2 level in the air, the other content will be effected because to maintain the constant pressure of the air. Therefore, if want to suck an ideal amount of oxygen ((21%) in blood, we need to decrease the NO2 level that is the largest constituent in the air. This will maintain the pressure of the air too. Therefore, option A is correct.
