• Organization can support such reconciliation program by hiring Indigenous people or Indigenous talent. Organization can arrange Job fair for Indigenous people and post various Job on related website. Finally rights for Indigenous talent should be protected.
• Organization or locally professional companies can arrange training program for indigenous students. Here, they can be offered paid Internship, Professional Assignment. Finally this way, organization can advance their reconciliation program.
• Another way, organization can support and advance such reconciliation with Indigenous people by diversifying their supply chain strategy. Such diversification strategy will help Indigenous suppliers to get connected with the company. We can connect with indigenous businesses and supplier using CCAB or Canadian council for aboriginal businesses.
• Organization can also arrange safety training and cultural program for Indigenous talent. They can foster relationship building, take consent from such Indigenous people and get engaged into economic development project.
