His 21 clients took the survey and they had a mean of 57 with a standard deviation of 4. Are they reflective of the regular population? Test the hypothesis using a .05 alpha.

c) On scratch paper: Work out formula and plot your values on the normal curve. What is the z-score you obtained? Do we reject or accept the null hypothesis?
