Other industries (OT) : The industry looks upon everything including customer satisfaction. "Customer satisfaction is the key to succeed".

Considering Monday as the first day of the week, first day is always hectic. A typical manager focuses and gives priorities to that work which is of utmost importance and needed to be done ASAP. So, giving a priority is a key. Other than that, meetings and interviews goes parallel.

HT : Social media is a platform to know more about the customers taste. So, the hospitality must always focus on getting to know more about the customer because the customer preferences changes every time.
