What is the probability that a second sample selected would have a proportion greater than .045?

First I take a population size, which i choose n= 100 I know the sample mean of .45 I know the standard deviation of .21

I use this formula to find the probability 1-p [z < .45-.42/.21]= .142857

Please help this is what I have so far but stuck on how to find the Z score
