Using your smartphone device, and a WiFi connection. you can operate and adjust the functions of your Jacuzzi, enabled hot tub, including adjusting the water temperature, turning on jets and scheduling maintenance and water care operations. The remote monitoring app also allows us to adjust your spa’s lights, review our owner’s manual, and can alert both us and our local dealership of any service needs.

PROBLEMS FOR THE JACUZZI

1. Heater Failure
If a person is on the go and decides to switch the Jacuzzi on and adjusts the features according to their taste. If in case the heater fails, the owner would not be aware of it as they're on the go and the Jacuzzi can get dangerously hot and cause a short circuit or lead to a fire.

2. Malfunctioning Jets or Pumps
In case the pumps fail or the person forgets to switch them off through the application on their mobile, their can be excessive water supply which does not stop and overflow the Jacuzzi. It leads to wastage of water along with overflow of water in the bathroom where the Jacuzzi is situated.

3. Application Issues
If the mobile application for the Jacuzzi does not work, it spoils almost all of the unique features the company provides and therefore the brand loses it's competitive advantage.

4. Weak WiFi Signals
There are places where the WiFi signals can be weak and not within the reach of the owner of the jacuzzi. This way the owner can not enjoy the benefits of the unique features the jacuzzi provides.

SOLUTIONS FOR THE PROBLEMS

1. The heater failure can be a big issue as it can eventually lead to a fire due to over heating. So a solution to this can be that a person can only heat the jacuzzi through the application in the mobile phone till a level that it doesn't over heat and only warms up the water. Later, when the person is physically present, they can heat it up like they want it.

2. Malfunctioning is a very common problem that can occur and can be solved if the owner knows the level of water filled in the jacuzzi once they start the jets on through their phone. Another option can be that they they are notified as soon as the water reaches the top of the jacuzzi so that they can switch the power off, physically or through the application.

3. Application issues can be solved with proper management of the company's application developers. They can keep another application as a backup for the first one. Also in case the application doesn't work, they can develop a desktop website also which can be used by logging in like the application if in case it doesn't work or disrupts.

4. The WiFi signals can be chaotic at times but a solution can be that through bluetooth, if the owner is in proximity, they can switch it off without the WiFi.
But in case they are not in the proximity of their jacuzzi, as mentioned, they can approach the service centre of the jacuzzi and the local dealers can provide help by logging in and switching the features of the jacuzzi off temporarily so that no unforeseen incident occurs.
