When any new business is started,its owners responsibility to do hiring .After some success,they hire the employees and owner need to figure out the benefits of the employees by laws.Decade ago, Affordable care act (ACA) creates allot's of benefits schemes for employees and followed by the organisation to provide benefits to there employees.Some of the common benefits given by organisations to there employees are:
a) Workers compensation - it give the insurance to the employees.who get ill or injured during the job.
b) Social security taxes - In social security taxes, organisation have to pay some amount. which include employee and employee pay plus medicare tax to the employee.
c) Unemployment insurance - organisations provide some compensation for some time to there employees. who lost there job for no reason or without any fault.
d) Family care and medical leave - it benefits the insurance of some family members of employee and also give 12 week of unpaid leave to the employee.which will help the employee to lost the job.
In today,s world,Organization reducing the benefits of there employees.which will directly or indirectly increase the stress level of the employees.Except the worker compensation and family care medical leaves, all the benefits are completely conceived decades ago.which will increase the business environment and the societal pressure in the employees.Organisation culture and higher management and government less involvement is one of the factor which help the business environment and society to reducing the employee benefits.when the organisation is facing crisis or slowdown.They don't think about the employees benefits and sometimes government laws are not so strict or not much favour of employees.
