The Harold fish who was a retired high school teacher had a
conflict with the Grant Kuenzil and in self-defence Fish fired
three shots and killed Kuenzil. The situation reflects that the
dogs of Kuenzil were fierce and threatening to Fish when they
approached him. Fish tried to get the support of Kuenzil but
Kuenzil himself tried to charge at the Fish.
Therefore, Fish fired the gun for self-defence. Later the court
testified the wife and daughter of Fish and other people who
testified the propensity of dogs for violence and aggression. Fish
was convicted of committing a crime and therefore, he was charged
with murder.
According to Fish, the only witness, Kuenzli charged
aggressively at Fish after failing to control his unleashed
canines. Fish pointed a his 10-millimeter handgun at Kuenzli,
yelled at him to stop, and then fired three shots that hit the man
in the chest.
