assume the balance point is 50 cm. Then use

distance * mass = distance * mass

and

100*(50-30) = mass * (x - 50)

using this formula you get

50 grams 90 cm mark

100 gams 70 cm mark

200 grams 60 cm mark

300 grams 56.7 cm mark
