Answer #1

Post menopause stage gives women a number a health problems and they are very weak to handle themselves. In this situation providing vitro fertilization can not only give complications to the baby but the women herself cannot handle the baby. It is also unfair with the baby as they will not be able to get necessary nutrition from the mother and hence will have health issues in future. Hence bringing in such laws is not appropriate. It is also unethical because the woman's life will get into danger and both mother and bay will have high changes of death. Hence certain age limit must be set while making such laws.
