1. You want to determine if one plant has a higher proportion of employees who file grievances than another plant.  
2. You want to know if more than 60% of applicants will pass the exam.  
3. You believe that the average GPA of students in the CCSU MBA program is above 3.3.
4. You want to know if a training course was worth its cost by improving average productivity. You have data on pre-training and post-training productivity for the sixty employees who took the course.
5. You want to determine if there is a difference in the mean scores of the CMT math component obtained by fourth grade students in New Britain and Newington.
