Psychology pays may differ around the state because of the following reasons-
1- Freshers/ Fresh practitioners/ inexperienced personnel are treated in varied manners across the state.
2- The respect towards the experienced practitioners and the allied pay differs across the state.
3- The state laws in relation with the local government are applied in different manners.
4- The way of living and the cost related to it differs all over the state.
5- The non profit organisations that higher people from this fraternity differ a lot with reference to their fund raising. Therefore the pay is not uniform.
6- Eventually it's having a connection with the skills, potentials and the expertise of the practitioner as well.
7- The paying capability of the clients is varied due to their earning variation/ per capita income. This also affects the psychology pays up to a considerable extent.
