So our total expenses of upcoming meeting = Variable Cost + Fixed Cost
So our total expenses of upcoming meeting = $ 80,000 + $ 85,000
So our total expenses of upcoming meeting = $ 165,000
It means our break even fee for this meeting is $ 165,000
Answer = $ 165,000
