List and describe the different types of warranties that exist under the UCC.
UCC refers to the Uniform Commercial Code. There are three types of warranty under UCC.
If we talk about the express warranty then this is an explicit guarantee given by the seller or the manufacturer that the product will have certain qualities.
Through the implied warranty of merchantability, the seller ensures that the product will be reasonably fit for the general purpose for which it has been sold, packaged and labeled. The last is implied warranty of fitness and this guarantees that the products are going to be a fit for a particular purpose for which the producer or seller has recommended the customers beyond the scope of ordinary purpose.
